Beijing Airport Transfer Service

Wouldn't it be cool to have someone you trust to meet you at the airport when you first arrive in Beijing? With our transfer service, you'll avoid the hassle of waiting in a long line for a taxi and the difficulty in explaining where you are going to a taxi driver who does not speak English. Chinese taxi drivers do not speak any English and sometimes they are very RUDE to foreigners because they do not have enough patience in listening to your explanation of where to go, etc. Sometimes, they don't voluntarily use the meters so that they can ask for a ridiculous price.

As a member of our travel program you will be treated to the best possible service once you set foot in Beijing, and you’ll witness it almost instantaneously with our airport (or train station if you do arrive by train) transfers. As soon as you pick up your luggage, a GWAC guide will be there to meet you at the gate, and you’ll then be taken by car or van to your hotel.

When you are ready to leave Beijing, you will be taken back to the airport, and we will make sure that everything is ok with your flight itinerary. Below is the price table. Please notice children pay for the same price as adults.

A one-way transfer is averages out to be a one-hour ride and can be longer if your hotel is in the west part of Beijing. The following prices include airport toll, driver and English-speaking tour guide. Your guide will hold a sign of your name(s) at Exit B (Terminal 3 International Exit after baggage claim).

*Group Size means the size of your travel group (family, friends or team from a same flight).

Passenger Names, Departure City, Airlines, Flight Number, Arrival Time, Baggage Info, Hotel Name, and
any other information that is helpful such as special service for the handicapped.
